Overview
We want you to understand what to expect before you book a session, purchase a guide, or order physical goods. The sections below describe timelines, who pays for return shipping, and how refunds are issued. If a mandatory consumer rule in your jurisdiction provides stronger protections, that rule applies alongside this policy.
Studio services and workshops
When you register for a paid in-person or live online session, you may cancel or request a reschedule without a fee if you notify us at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours’ notice may receive a studio credit toward a future date at our discretion but are not automatically refunded, because we may be unable to fill the slot on short notice. If we cancel a session due to weather, instructor availability, or other operational reasons, you may choose a full refund or priority booking for the next available date.
Arrival and conduct
Please arrive a few minutes early so sessions begin on time for all participants. We may refuse service or ask a visitor to leave if behavior disrupts others or creates a safety concern; fees are not refunded in those limited circumstances unless we determine a refund is appropriate after review.
Digital guides and downloads
If you purchase a downloadable resource through an invoice or checkout flow we provide, you may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or printed the files. After you access the files, refunds are generally not available, since delivery is complete, except where required by law. If a file is defective or inaccessible, contact us promptly and we will repair access or provide a replacement.
Physical products
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the product price to your original payment method. Shipping charges are refundable only when the wrong item was sent or the product arrived damaged. Open consumable goods cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Seasonal or custom-made items may carry different return windows as stated at purchase.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Inspect packages when they arrive. If an item is damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, email us within seven days of delivery and include photographs of the outer carton, inner packing, and the item. We will arrange a prepaid return label when a return is required, or send a replacement if stock allows.
Gift purchases
If you bought an item as a gift, the recipient may request an exchange of equal value or store credit within the standard return window, subject to inventory. Refunds of the purchase price go to the original payment method when eligible.
How to start a return or refund request

Refunds are processed within fourteen business days after we receive and inspect eligible items.
Payment disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate. Chargebacks may delay resolution and can affect eligibility for future bookings while facts are reviewed.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this Return Policy as our offerings evolve. The reference date displayed in the hero section updates automatically when you load the page; substantive changes will also be documented in this text when needed.
